برنامج TeamViewer لمن لا يعرفه هو برنامج يعمل بتقنية P2P و يقوم بالوظائق التالية:-1-التحكم عن بعد باجهزة الكمبيوتر. -يمكنك اعطاء الاخرين الكود الخاص بك ليتحكموا بجهازك و يساعدوك مثلا فى حل اى من المشكلات التى تقابلك او مساعدتك فى تثبيت احد البرامج مثلا. - يمكنك التحكم باجهزة الاخرين عن طريق رقم الكود الخاص بالجهاز و الباسورد الخاص به وذلك لمساعدتهم مثلا. 2- العروض Presentation - يمكنك ان تمكن الاخرين من مشاهدة ما تفعله على جهازك و يمكنك بذلك شرح شئ ما و مشاهدته بواسطة العديد من الاشخاص. - يمكنك ان تشاهد العروض الخاصة بالاخرين لمشاهدة ما يقومون بشرحه. 3- نقل البيانات مباشرة من جهاز الى آخر دون الحاجة الى رفعها على اى سيرفرات. هذه كانت الوظائف الاساسية للبرنامج و هناك المزيد من المميزات الاخرى مثل امكانية الشات مباشرة سواء بالكتابة او بالصوت و هو ما يؤهل البرنامج ليكون حل متكاملا للمساعدة عن بعد و ايضا التعليم عن بعد .
